Everything we do at Braddock is undertaken internally, none of our work is outsourced, ensuring complete control over the process.

We have an extensive network across all of our functional areas, ensuring we are well ahead of the curve in understanding the likely sources of talent, competitors of our clients and alternative targets in similar markets. Everything is focused on ensuring our clients make their hire.

 

Braddock can work on both a Retained or Success-Basis (Contingency), dependent on our clients’ preference or the nature of the search.

Retained

Recommended for either senior and sensitive searches or often once Braddock has successfully completed previous searches, a retained search with Braddock involves:

Negotiable around % terms of business

Nominal upfront fee as the retainer with the rest due on successful completion of project, therefore no shortlist fee

Shortlist of best 6-8 individuals presented within 4 weeks of taking job brief

Research team dedicated solely to the project

Single point of contact with designated Braddock Account Manager

Success-Basis (Contingency)

A no procure no pay search, often to showcase the quality of our capabilities or for a more junior position, a Success-Basis search with Braddock involves:

Fee due only on successful identification of individual with offer accepted and notice handed in

Comfortable working alongside our competitors to prove our superior service

Resumes of individuals shared as soon as Braddock obtains them

Around 6-15 resumes shared, dependent on position and only quality individuals offered

Never ‘filling your inbox’ with irrelevant individuals
