Reasons for looking for a new position prior to Braddock?

I worked in Recruitment for 5 years’ but wasn’t a big fan of the environment. I switched into Care work where I was doing 15 hour shifts, the money wasn’t great and I had no work-life balance.

I didn’t want to go back into your typical high street recruitment Company so I was being quite picky when I was looking for a new role.

Why did you choose Braddock?

The Directors were very welcoming in my initial interviews and as soon as I spoke to them, I felt quite relaxed. Braddock isn’t your typical Recruitment company – the directors care a lot about the working environment and are very involved with all aspects of the business.

What do you like about working at Braddock?

The environment and culture – everyone gets on, we all work as a team and there’s never any animosity. The Directors are very involved too and always recognise when you’re doing well and can give you more responsibility to give you some variety in your workload.

I’d recommend Braddock to anyone looking for a clear path for career progression, wanting to earn lots of money, and enjoying being at work in the process.
