I was working in a real estate company prior to Braddock but was left feeling deflated at the end of every day. I had worked in a sales role previously and missed the sense of achievement that came my previous position. I decided that I would like to get into the crazy world of executive search after meeting a friend for coffee who does a similar role in London. He explained in detail what is required to succeed in his workplace, and it brought back the sense of hunger that my previous role had given me once upon a time. A few weeks later a found an advert for Research Consultants at Braddock and after doing some digging, I decided to apply!

I chose to accept an offer from Lee and Guy because even during the interview process, I felt like I was part of the team. There were also fantastic opportunities for growth, and the culture was a great fit.

I would like to answer this with a question of my own. Would you be happy to wake up for work and be excited to start your day? This is how it is for me. The atmosphere is fantastic, and everyone is so supportive of one and other. We are all given equal opportunity to succeed and if we feel like we are starting to fall behind, our great Directors are here to give us the boost we need. I have never worked in a workplace like this and if I’m being honest, I don’t think I could ever go back. Plus we all get frequent opportunities to develop and grow, as a matter of fact it is encouraged!

I would recommend Braddock to anyone with a Sales, Customer Service or Telecommunications background. That being said, if you have the need to succeed or the urge to develop and grow, then apply.
