Reasons for looking for a new position prior to Braddock?
Quite simply, I was looking for a position that would allow me to make money. I was previously a delivery driver for ASDA and doing full time hours for bad pay which was not great.
Why did you choose Braddock?
I chose Braddock for several reason. I spoke with Jake Swygart on the phone initially and he was very friendly and welcoming, we had a great conversation and some good back and forth which I liked. Then I spoke with Lee and Guy, the Managing Directors, on a video call and got a good feeling from both. Again, very friendly, and they laid out to me exactly what could be achieved at Braddock and what kind of environment it was. This showed me that there was a good career growth plan, great money-making opportunities and an environment which made you look forward to coming into work each morning. I soon learnt that all they had told me was true and have not regretted my decision to join once.
What do you like about working at Braddock?
There is always encouragement from managers, directors, and the team in general to succeed, with support being given at every opportunity. It is a business that has its employees’ success at its heart. Lee and Guy focus on the individual’s success in order to grow and succeed themselves.
It may sound cliché, but the team are what make it so enjoyable to be at Braddock. There is never a dull moment in the office, and lunch breaks and out of office socials always end up in a good laugh for everyone.
Who would you recommend Braddock too?
Anyone that would care to listen. It is a great place to come if you are money/career focussed and looking for a fun work life.

Whether you are new to sales or a veteran, you won’t find a better company to work for that will make you feel so welcome and high-energy, while at the same time make you some lovely wedge.
