Reasons for looking for a new position prior to Braddock?
I had worked within recruitment for a few years, but quickly realised I wasn’t as committed to the role as I had been previously. I then started to look for internal Talent Acquisition positions, which would also allow me to develop other skills within a company, such as Operations.
Why did you choose Braddock?
I really liked the role and how dynamic it was. I’ve already learnt so many skills that I hadn’t been exposed to previosuly, and all whilst staying within a sales environment which is great! I also felt very comfortable within the interview process and the Managing Directors showed interest in career aspirations.
What do you like about working at Braddock?
The people – 100%! Everyone here works well together and it has created an awesome culture.
