Reasons for looking for a new position prior to Braddock?
No progression in my career, I was in the same position for 3 years and got a 50p pay rise in this time and didn’t see anything changing.
Why did you choose Braddock?
I wanted a position where I could learn something new and start a career.
I always worked in a pure sales position where I was calling 90% of the time and I decided I wanted a position which involved admin, calls and having a lot more responsibility.
I also liked the idea of being part of a team and being able to grow within the team as my previous job there was no team dynamic.
What do you like about working at Braddock?
When I started at Braddock, I was worried as I had no experience in this industry, however I adapted quickly and really found my feet and have already been able to achieve a lot in the time I have been here.
Since being here I have seen a lot of people promoted through their own hard work and it shows me that I am able to achieve this too and I have been able to have several conversations about what I need to achieve to get where I want to be and progress into Senior Consultant.
I like the transparency of knowing what is expected of you and you having the option to work exactly how you want to achieve this.
There is a strong team dynamic where everyone gets along, and you can really be yourself and it makes work enjoyable.
Who would you recommend Braddock too?
I would recommend Braddock to anyone who is looking to start a new career. I would recommend to anyone who has a strong work ethic and likes working as part of a strong team and wants to make money.

If I need support, I know I am able to go to Guy and Lee for support and I know that it will be sorted as quickly as possible.
