Following the successful introduction of a senior procurement professional, Braddock was mandated by a Global Electronics and Appliances firm with a large presence in the UK and EU who were looking to expand their Supply Chain and Manufacturing capabilities across APAC in both Singapore and Malaysia. We undertook two full searches on a success basis for a Head of Manufacturing Operations and a Quality Director, creating two complete shortlists. Though the client had not retained us, Braddock completed both searches successfully within a 3 month period. Prior to our involvement, the positions had been active on the market for 9 months, due to the speed of our results, we were retained on their next search for a Head of Engineering.
