Reasons for looking for a new position prior to Braddock?
After more than ten years in my previous role, I felt it was the right time to seek a new challenge. I thoroughly enjoyed my work and had a positive experience with my previous employer, but I was ready to broaden my experience, develop new skills and continue progressing my career. Having spent a significant period in the same position, I felt a fresh opportunity would allow me to grow professionally whilst bringing the knowledge and experience I had gained to a new environment.
