What was your experience prior to Braddock and reason for looking for a new position?
I graduated from University of Brighton and was offered to do another year but wanted to start earning money. I wanted to move into a career which offered problem-solving and a mixture of sales + advising.
Why did you choose Braddock?
I heard from friends and family the strong earning potential if I went into headhunting and if I went with the right company. I interviewed with a number of companies, but I was really interested in Braddock for a few reasons 1) How well I got on with Lee & Guy on our interviews 2) The potential to work with a growing company 3) Their great USP
